Strategic Wireless Acquires Telecommunications Infrastructure Assets Throughout the Dakotas and Minnesota

GREENWICH, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Strategic Wireless Infrastructure Funds Management (“Strategic Wireless”) announced today that through its affiliate, SWI Funds Tower Holdings, LLC, it has completed the acquisition of a seven-tower portfolio and related assets.

The towers are located throughout North and South Dakota as well as Minnesota, and are strategically situated close to densely populated and/or metropolitan areas. Jerry Sullivan, CEO of Strategic Wireless, stated, “We continue to execute on our vision of investing in, and aggregating, essential telecommunications infrastructure assets. The towers serve two of the top-tier wireless carriers, TV and radio broadcasters, and the Department of Homeland Security.
