With reference to the Circular to the Shareholders and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting issued to shareholders of the Fund (the “Shareholders”) on 8 September 2021 (the “Circular”), the board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs Shareholders of the following change.

Currently, the Circular provides that if the ordinary resolution proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of Shareholders (the “EGM”) is passed, the proposed changes to the investment objective of the Fund as set out in the Circular would be expected to take effect on or around 20 October 2021 (the “Original Effective Date”). Full details of the changes are described in the Circular, which is available online at the website of the Company, http://www.Xtrackers.com (“the Company’s Website”).

The Board of Directors hereby informs Shareholders that the Original Effective Date is to be postponed. Subject to the passing of the ordinary resolution by the Shareholders at the EGM, a notice will be published on the Company’s Website confirming the new effective date.

For the avoidance of doubt, there is no change to the date of the EGM, and it will be held as described in the Circular, on 6 October 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (Dublin time) at 25/28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus of the Company unless the context otherwise requires.
