Issuance of Units by SHREM InvIT on a Private Placement basis

Link Legal recently advised the book running lead manager, being ICICI Securities Limited, on the structuring and issuance of units by SHREM Infrastructure Investment Trust (“Shrem InvIT”) on a private placement basis, which is one of the first issuances by a road sector InvIT with a large portfolio of operating assets (24 assets) with projects panning across all four delivery models of PPP (i.e., HAM, Annuity, Toll, Toll & Annuity).
