Hersha Hospitality Trust Announces Quarterly Dividends

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) (“Hersha” or the “Company”), owner of high-quality hotels in urban gateway markets and regional resort destinations, today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.4297 per Series C Preferred Share, $0.40625 per Series D Preferred Share, and $0.40625 per Series E Preferred Share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2021. The preferred share dividends are payable January 18, 2022 to holders of record as of December 31, 2021.
