ARLINGTON, Va. and LONDON, May 26, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WTW (Willis Towers Watson, NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.82 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. The dividend is payable on or about July 15, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2022.
