(NASDAQ: BCOR) (“Blucora” or the “Company”), today sent a letter to stockholders that introduces the candid views of its four highly-qualified director candidates: Frederick D. DiSanto, Cindy Schulze Flynn, Robert D. MacKinlay and Kimberly Smith Spacek.
