Dentons Link Legal – New Partner Announcement – Nayona Roy
Dentons Link Legal is pleased to announce that Nayona Roy has joined as a Partner in the Firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice in the Mumbai office.
A law graduate (2014 Batch) from NLU, Delhi, Nayona has a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, regulatory compliance, data privacy, AI and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Nayona co-founded and promoted an AI powered legal tech company, Unsuit and secured investment from leading venture capital firm, Antler. In the past, she has also worked with AZB & Partners, served as GC for a tech-driven startup, Qyuki Digital Media, co-founded by music icon AR Rahman, and had accumulated significant experience in litigation and commercial advisory roles at leading FMCG companies such as Unilever, Godrej, and Coca-Cola.
