ResolveXO Secures Third Win at 2024 RICS Awards
ResolveXO has been named the Real Estate Advisory Team of the Year by RICS, marking the firm’s second consecutive win and third overall in the category since its inception in 2019. The project submitted for this year’s award showcased ResolveXO’s work with KPMG at International Towers, Barangaroo, one of the world’s most environmentally sustainable office buildings. Led by Adam Hodgson, ResolveXO successfully managed KPMG’s property portfolio, with the team developing sophisticated financial models to analyse 25 different workspace scenarios. The project was designed to optimise KPMG’s long-term occupancy while addressing challenges like surplus space and subleases. Furthermore, the project demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability, aligning KPMG’s business objectives with the green credentials of Barangaroo.
