Partnership to introduce first-of-its kind ‘Golden Mile Community Innovation District’, embracing community-based approach to development
TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–On Tuesday, March 30th, Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and The Daniels Corporation will be making an important announcement regarding a new partnership to revitalize and redevelop phase one of the Golden Mile Shopping Centre in Scarborough. Together, they plan to transform the site into a mixed-use, mixed-income, multi-generational and transit-oriented community adjacent to the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
