Leading the pack in the Elite Women Half Marathon, Alemaddis Eyayu secured the gold medal with a remarkable finish time of 01:08:17, following just a whisker behind was fellow adidas athlete Cynthia Limo, who crossed the finish line at 01:08:27, claiming the silver medal. Nicholas Kipkorir took the bronze medal home in the Elite Men Half Marathon with an impressive time of 59:59.
