Organizations of all sizes can apply to compete in any of the 15 categories of the International Customer Experience Awards, which include “Customer-Centric Culture,” “Best Use of Insight and Feedback,” and “Best Digital Transformation.”
Judges of the awards are independent business professionals, each assessing 5 to 8 entries based on their experience and expertise. At the Finals, judges will assess a series of 15-minutes live presentations followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
For each of the 15 categories, seven finalists have been shortlisted. Among the finalists in this year’s awards are Cisco, Nespresso, Samsung, the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and Sber Bank.
The International Customer Experience Awards are organized by Awards International, the world’s premier awards event organization behind 12 different award programs across the world, including the International Business Excellence Awards and the Gulf Sustainability Awards. The organization has offices in the UK, United Arab Emirates, and Serbia.
The awards ceremony will take place on November 18th, 2021.
