Mr. Sudarshan Motupalle is a seasoned and passionate hotelier who has dedicated 15 years to honing his craft in the hospitality sector. Having held pivotal roles with renowned hospitality groups, including Rotana Hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group and Accor in Dubai. Mr. Motupalle has garnered a reputation for his exceptional management skills and commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Mr. Motupalle’s journey through the hospitality industry has seen him work with prestigious establishments, contributing significantly to their success. His tenure with Rotana Hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group and Accor Hotels has enriched his leadership approach and strategic mindset, making him well-equipped to lead Novotel Vijayawada Varun to new heights. He holds an academic background that complements his practical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Hotel Management at Westin College of Hotel Management and his Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Management and Operations, from the esteemed Napier University, Edinburgh. This combination of hands-on experience and academic excellence underscores his commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
