The Company is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 09:30 London time at the office of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD on Monday 19 December 2022.
The notice convening the AGM will be posted to shareholders tomorrow and will be available on the Company’s website (www.cnfgold.com) from that time.

Project Summary
The Pakrut gold project, of which CNG has 100 per cent ownership, is situated in Tajikistan approximately 120 km northeast of the capital city Dushanbe. Pakrut is located within the Tien Shan gold belt, which extends from Uzbekistan into Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Western China, and which hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold deposits.
CNG is currently in a steady state of production and full operation, making the Company a significant gold producer in Tajikistan.
