PROVIDENCE, R.I.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG or “Citizens”) today reported fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial results. Citizens also announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.42 per share. The dividend is payable on February 14, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2023.
