Dentons Link Legal is delighted to announce the joining of Mustafa Motiwala, as Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution team along with Associate Partners Aniketh Nair and Nihal Shaikh.
Mustafa, with over three decades of experience, specializes in litigation, international and domestic arbitration, enforcement of foreign awards and judgements, real estate, intellectual property rights, media and entertainment and corporate work. He has been advising clients in relation to all forms of dispute resolution including real estate, insurance, credit insurance, admiralty and international trade, aviation, corporate and commercial, banking and finance, shareholders disputes, intellectual property rights, insolvency, white collar crimes, commercial disputes and media & entertainment laws. Co-founder and Convenor of the Indian Arbitration Forum, Mustafa played a key role in setting up the “Guidelines for Conduct of Arbitrations” and “IAF Protocol on Virtual Hearings for Arbitration”. He is admitted as a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
Aniketh has a diverse legal practice with experience in various areas, including commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, advertising, insolvency, economic offenses, credit insurance and mergers and acquisitions.
Nihal with over a decade of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, advises and handles disputes related to commercial claims, shipping and international trade, credit insurance, EPC and infrastructure projects, insolvency and bankruptcy, white-collar and real estate.
