Design Competition for Iconic Structure in Nav Bharat Udyan
Call for time-bound Design Competition
CPWD, under the aegis of The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is calling for entries for a time bound competition. Entries should be implementable ideas for the conceptual architectural and structural design of the iconic structure in Nav Bharat Udyan (NEW INDIA GARDEN) which is a part of the grand vision for Aatmanirbhar Bharat and will commemorate 75th year of Indian independence. It will be located on the western bank of river Yamuna in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
The competition is open to Indian citizens/organisations including architects, architectural firms, students, student groups, architectural or planning schools/colleges and other institutions across India, or any combination of the above. The winner will be awarded Rs.500,000. This, along with the marquee recognition of being associated with one of the most iconic gardens of India.
