(the “Securities” or the “Series 7”)
We hereby refer to the Securities issued by the Issuer, its Final Terms and the respective Issuer Call Redemption Notice dated 15 July 2021.
Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Master Terms and Conditions of the Securities (the “Terms and Conditions”) as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer dated 26 April 2021.
The Issuer hereby announces that further to the recent Early Redemption Valuation Date, the amount per ETC Security outstanding as at the Early Redemption Valuation Date determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions has been received from the Programme Counterparty. The Early Redemption Amount per ETC Security has been determined by the Determination Agent to be as follows:
