Dr. SM Raju: Cleared of Charges in SC-ST Scholarship Scam and Miracle Drinks Illegal Selling Allegations
Dr. SM Raju, an eminent former IAS officer and the visionary founder of Miracle Drinks, has been acquitted of all the allegations related to purported SC-ST scholarship scams and claims of illegal selling of Miracle Drinks products.
Dr. Raju was cleared of all allegations pertaining to the SC-ST scholarship scam by an inquiry commission on November 28, 2019. This decision was subsequently endorsed by the highest authorities within the IAS officers’ recruiting body Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), reinforcing Dr. Raju’s adherence to the highest level of administrative standards.
Furthermore, on December 31, 2022, the Judicial First Magistrate Court of Hosadurga, Kerala, acquitted Dr. Raju of all charges related to alleged illegal selling of Miracle Drinks products.
After a thorough and meticulous investigation by competent authorities, Dr. Raju has been cleared of any wrongdoing, affirming his unwavering commitment to ethical practices.
Expressing his unwavering confidence in India’s judicial system Dr. SM Raju stated, “The truth always prevails, and no one can suppress. I had complete faith that I would be vindicated from all accusations.”
“I was cleared of any wrongdoing in the SC-ST scholarship scam by the Chief Enquiry Commission and this decision has paved the way for the FIR against me to be quashed,” added Dr Raju.
He further emphasized, “All allegations regarding the illegal selling of Miracle Drinks products were thoroughly investigated and found to be baseless. Vested interest group, in collusion with certain officials orchestrated false allegations on me to tarnish my reputation.”
Character assassination started following the Union Government’s recognition of Dr Raju’s invented formulation products for incurable diseases that were launched them on October 10, 2016. His invented formulation that has been recognized as an Ayurvedic Medicine under the AYUSH License and marketed under the brand name of MIRACLE DRINKS, was launched by the Honourable Union Minister for State (Independent charge) Minister of AYUSH, Government of India, Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, on 11th October 2016 at the Constitution Club, New Delhi.
