NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (“Acadia Healthcare” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ACHC) securities between February 28, 2020 and September 26, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
