Bob Rita, who may testify later on Thursday.

Federal regulators found the operator of a CTA Yellow Line train that crashed nearly a year ago, injuring dozens of riders, had alcohol in their system.

The medical report from the National Transportation Safety Board shows the train operator had a blood alcohol level of .06, three times the legal limit for someone driving a train.

Thirty-eight people were hurt in the Nov. 16 morning crash when the train collided with a snowplow on the tracks.

During a 90 minute Facebook Live broadcast, Henyard didn’t specify what crimes she believed were committed. She accused her opponents of a “power and money grab” while promising to reveal evidence at a later date.
