ResolveXO is proud to announce the appointment of Matt Dunning as a Partner in our firm, effective 1st July 2024. Matt, who currently serves as an Associate in the Industrial sector, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Matt Dunning has had a successful career, both as a professional rugby player and as an industrial property strategist. Born in Canada and raised in Sydney, Matt represented the Australian Wallabies in Rugby Union before retiring in 2011.
During his rugby career, Matt cultivated his interest in the property industry. After retiring from professional rugby, he transitioned into a career as a tenant representative specialising in industrial markets. Matt has since accumulated extensive experience in managing industrial portfolios for national clients, excelling in acquisitions, rent reviews, property disposals, and lease negotiations. His dedication and integrity have made him a trusted advisor to his clients.
