Further, Bethany is scheduled to speak at the World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics & Health Law in 2022, where she will discuss the ethical and privacy implications of femtech.

NGL Partner Rebecca Gwilt, Esq., says, “Bethany has a breadth of knowledge across all of our practice areas, and a background in litigation and academics, which will make her a tremendous asset to clients whose businesses are impacted by multiple bodies of law. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Bethany will help digital health, medtech, and life science clients understand the nuances of overlapping state, federal, and international privacy laws so that they can implement robust internal controls and close business faster.”
