PlantPlus Foods Reaches Agreements to Acquire Sol Cuisine and Hilary’s
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PlantPlus Foods LLC (“PlantPlus Foods”), a provider of leading-edge plant-based protein products across the Americas, is pleased to announce it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Sol Cuisine Ltd (“Sol Cuisine”) and DEW Drink Eat Well, LLC (“Hilary’s”).
The acquisitions of Sol Cuisine and Hilary’s will enhance PlantPlus Foods’ operations in North America to accelerate plant-based protein category growth in whitespaces and new plant-forward finished goods solutions.
The Sol Cuisine transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close in Q1 2022.
