On November 10, 2021, Redwire announced it would not be releasing Q3 2021 earnings that day as previously scheduled and did not provide any explanation for the delay. On this news, Redwire’s stock price fell $1.92 per share, or 16.12%, to close at $9.99 per share on November 10, 2021.
