श्री कृष्णगुरू परमानंद जी महाराज आपके चरणों में नमन , जब यहां पर आया और श्रद्धेय श्री कृष्णगुरु परमानंद जी महाराज के साथ एक नाम कृष्णगुरु कई पलो तक यह नाम मेरे कानों में गूंजता रहा , मुझे ऊर्जा देता रहा। मैं यहां से बहुत बड़ी ताकत लेकर जा रहा हूं एक नाम में सब कुछ समाहित है , एक नाम कृष्णगुरु ! Now what we see is an atmosphere of hope and possibility. इन्हीं महापुरुषों के योगदान की वजह से आज हमारा भारत प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में दुनिया के हर कोने में महत्व रखता है ऐसा पहले कभी नहीं हुआ हाल वर्षों में। Friends, I am in Northeast, Northeast with natural harmony, invites all who visit for self-discovery, inner peace. मुझे तो आज यहां आकर inner peace की एक नई भावना मिली आज मैं यहां आके धन्य हो गया जो धन में यहां से लेकर जा रहा हूं उसकी ताकत का अंदाजा लगाना मुश्किल है Our spiritual heritage और दुनिया में कहीं ऐसी हेरिटेज नहीं मिलेगी unparalleled and unique, our spiritual heritage is a treasure trove of wisdom encapsulated in texts, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita. एक एक को ध्यान दीजिए कितना बड़ा ज्ञान रखा हुआ है उसे ज्ञान की आवश्यकता है हमारे youth को क्योंकि भारत का भविष्य हमारे नवयुवकों के हाथ में है यह जो मूल मंत्र है जो सफलता की कुंजी है जो हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत भी है उसको जीवित और जीवन रखने में प्रमुख भूमिका निभाई है एक नाम कृष्णगुरु These timeless repositories of spiritual knowledge provide insights into ethical living, selfless action and importance of duty. यह तीनों की तीनों बातें हमारे नवयुवकों को ध्यान में रखने के लिए जरूरी है आपका आचरण उत्तम हो आपका आश्रम एथिकल हो उसमें कोई विकार ना हो आप काम सिर्फ स्वयं के लिए ना करें समाज के लिए करें राष्ट्र आपकी सोच की धुरी होनी चाहिए राष्ट्र को प्राथमिकता मिलनी चाहिए हम भारतीय हैं भारतीयता हमारी पहचान है और इस पहचान के लिए हम अपना सब कुछ लुटाने के लिए तैयार हैं यह संदेश दिया है एक नाम कृष्णगुरु। आज के दिन हम जीने के लिए नहीं जी सकते जो सिर्फ जीने के लिए जीते हैं वह हमारे महापुरुषों का अनादर करते हैं हमारे महापुरूषों ने हमें एक दृष्टिकोण दिया है एक बड़ा उद्देश्य दिया है और इसीलिए हमारे साथ सूत्रों में कहा गया है वसुधैव कुटुंबकम यह हमारी सोच है हम सीमित नहीं है हममें सब कुछ समाहित है। And these scriptures, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishad, Vedas, what do they remind us of? That action should be guided by higher purpose, benefiting not only us but others, also our communities. That message deeply resonates today. You are fuel to the engine that will make us a developed nation@2047. I have full confidence, hope and optimism जिन लोगों के मन में कृष्णगुरु की भावना का संचार है वह देश के लिए समर्पित हैं उनका संकल्प एक ही है की हर हालत में मेरा भारत मेरा राष्ट्र सर्वोपरि है। और ऐसा वातावरण है इस विश्वविद्यालय में Young minds can explore depth of spirituality, ethics and philosophy, fostering a sense of fulfilling. और एक बात जरूर कहूंगा कि भारत को समझिए , Bharat is home to one-sixth of humanity, Bharat is a civilisation, oldest in the world. Bharat is a democracy most vibrant and functional. Bharat at the moment is a rising economy, like no other economy. हम दुनिया की पांचवी महाशक्ति है एक साल में जर्मनी और जापान को पीछे छोड़कर तीसरी बनेंगे यह सब youth के द्वारा है यह आपके द्वारा है आपका रोल बहुत बड़ा है। मैं आपसे तीन बातें कहता हूं उन तीन बातों पर खास ध्यान दीजिए। The three principles that will help our youth to be part of transformative mechanism in the country are किसी भी हालत में spirituality से दूर मत हटिए , spirituality ka पाठ कृष्णगुरु जी ने पढ़ाया है , उसे पाथ से भटक गए तो गलत होगा उसे पाथ के साथ आप ध्यान रखिए राष्ट्रवाद का , modernity का , टेक्नोलॉजिकल डेवलपमेंट का , बदलती हुई तस्वीर का इन तीनों का जब मिश्रण होता तो जैसा यहां कहा गया है बहुत सालों पहले वह दर्ज हमारे पास था विश्व गुरु का दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी आर्थिक ताकत का इसको कोई नहीं रोक पाएगा। मैं आपसे गुजारिश करता हूं , friends जब देश इतनी तीव्र प्रगति पर है exponential economic upsurge, and a development which is unbelievable. जिस देश में हर साल चार एयरपोर्ट हो और एक मेट्रो हो यह कल्पना नहीं की थी When Bharat, a civilisational nation, is rising as a giant तो फिर कुछ लोगों को तकलीफ होनी ही है , कुछ देश में है कुछ देश के बाहर हैं उनका जवाब कौन देगा उनका जवाब आप देंगे क्योंकि आपने वह शिक्षा प्राप्त की है वह कृष्णगुरु जी की भावना है विचार है। And we therefore always stand for our nation throughout our history हमें बहुत अच्छा मिलता रहा है कि हमारे महापुरूषों ने जब भी संकट आया हमारा हाथ पकड़ा और ऐसी संस्कृति दी चाहे Covid महामारी हो चाहे कहीं अर्थक्वेक आ गया हो चाहे कोई और संकट आ गया हो हमारे मंदिर हमारे मठ आगे आए जनता को राहत दी है कौन से देश में ऐसा होता है निस्वार्थ तरीके से only to help people और इसीलिए कहा गया है कृष्णगुरु जी ने खुद के beyond सोचिए। Think beyond yourself, think for community, think for nation और भारत एक ऐसा देश है जिसकी geography is dotted by such centers of spirituality. आपके सेंटर में यहां पर हैं एक इस जगह पर मैं वर्तमान में हूं मैं महसूस कर रहा हूं। My young friends, while you strive for your spiritual awakening, I need to remind you that there is another awakening unfolding between us and that is incremental, continual rise of Bharat. Bharat was suppressed for centuries, now it is released. एक ऐसा वातावरण भारत में प्रधानमंत्री की नीतियों से बन गया है जहां आज का नवयुग अपनी प्रतिभा को अनेक तरीके से चमका सकता है। There is an ecosystem in place where every young man can exploit his potential and talent, realise his dreams and aspirations. और जो भारत है पहले लोग कहते थे Bharat is a sleeping giant. Bharat is no longer sleeping, Bharat is rising. The rise is unprecedented, the rise is unstoppable, the rise is continual, The rise will fructify in a developed nation@2047. मैं आज से 34 साल पहले केंद्र में मंत्री था मैंने तब के हालात देखे हैं इंटरनेशनल मोनेटरी फंड हमें क्या कहता था , वर्ल्ड बैंक क्या कहता था हमारा सोना हवाई जहाज से स्विट्जरलैंड के बैंक में गया क्योंकि हमारा foreign exchange लगभग एक बिलियन यूएस डॉलर था। My young friends, this foreign balance today is over 700 billion US dollars. 700 गुना की प्रगति कभी सोचा नहीं था। पूरी दुनिया के नजर आज भारत पर है , भारत आज के दिन संस्थाओं के अनुसार is a favourite global destination of opportunity and investment. और आज के समय प्रधानमंत्री जी की दूरदर्शिता की वजह से हम क्या देख रहे हैं We are seeing a face, Purvodaya that was never imagined even by people of this land. I will give you a figure to make my point. In the last 10 years. in the last decade, the central government has spent 3.37 lakh crores in this area. These are just not numbers, there is a footprint of roads, railways, and airports, apart from connectivity. The transformation of Northeast is a testament to this spirit of inclusion. For decades, this region faced challenges relating to development and connectivity. But today, it is a top priority. Much has been done, and the work is in progress, and it is changing by the day. The vision of Look East, which took place in the mid-90s, was converted by Prime Minister Modi in a more meaningful dimension. Look East, Act East, this means that India has started looking at Southeast Asian countries because of this Look East, Act East policy, where we are reaching to the countries of Southeast Asia, Northeast has a glorified place. Northeast is becoming a place of opportunity and what is more important, my young friends, यह हमारे नवयुवकों के लिए जो ऑपच्यरुनिटीज का बास्केट है वह बढ़ता ही जा रहा है आप थोड़ा सा इस पर ध्यान केंद्रित कीजिए। You have enormous avenues to use your talent, because the government has come out with affirmative policies to nurture, to ensure Northeast blossoms. And this is not going to be just a material transformation, there is increasing recognition of distinct identity and culture of the Northeast. Recently you must have seen it was a proud moment when a great need was satisfied. The recognition of Assamese alongside Bengali, Marathi, Pali and Prakrit as one of the India's classical languages a proud milestone for Assam. Honourable Chief Minister had tweeted very distinctly on this issue his deep sense of happiness. This will further help Assam make its cultural wealth. The rich cultural wealth, the vernacular tapestry of Assam, will now reach out everywhere. My friends, you have to be front-line participants in unfolding this renaissance in Northeast. When you are nurtured with a distinct blend of spirituality and nationalism, you move from the territory of diffidence to confidence. अब तो पूरी तरह कॉन्फिडेंस का ही वातावरण है होप एंड पॉसिबिलिटी का है आप कुछ भी कर गुजर सकते हो सरकारी नीतियां सकारात्मक है दुनिया में देश की इज्जत बढ़ती जा रही है हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था में प्रगति हो रही है हमारा जो संस्थागत ढांचा है उसमें अकल्पनीय प्रगति हुई है l People of my age could not dream that India will have such kind of airports, roads, economic rise and convention centres like we have in Delhi where we had G20 as Bharat Mandapam. वह दिन चला गया है जब Northeast was in the margin. Northeast is now in the central stage, Northeast is our national story. My young friends, a new India has emerged. You should take more leadership roles, be more confident in asserting yourself nationally and internationally. Look how your own state, Assam, is changing. Be the ambassadors of Assam, tell the world the story of new Assam, new Northeast and new Bharat. Assam has produced cultural and sports ambassadors of international standing from Arjun Bhogeswar Baruah to Lovlina Borgohain. Why can't we dream to produce scientists, technocrats, economists, thinkers of international repute? My young friends, as we reflect on the themes of this conclave, I urge each of you to decide your call of action once you move out of this conclave. आप जब यहां से जाएं एक संकल्प लेकर जाएं राष्ट्रवाद के प्रति समर्पण का संकल्प , संकल्प लेकर जाएं आज के नवयुवकों के ऊपर बहुत बड़ा भर है। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने जो करना था वह आपके लिए किया है विकसित भारत का जो सपना है उसको साकार करने में उसे यज्ञ में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आहुति आपकी है। Northeast needs healing touch and that can be guided by एक नाम कृष्णगुरू। एक नाम कृष्णगुरू को दृष्टिगत रखिए Northeast में healing touch आएगा। Let us remember, my young friends, that spirituality has some inbuilt qualities like love, compassion, patience, tolerance, forgiveness and a sense of responsibility. As we promote these values, we sow the seeds for a peaceful and just world. और दुनिया में कोई देश अगर peace और harmony, happiness की सोचता है तो वह भारत है। और यही हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत है और यही सोच हो चाहिए और इस सोच को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है कि हमारे राष्ट्रवाद की नींव मजबूत हो unshakable हो जो भी कोई इसको थोड़ा काम करना चाहता हूं चोट पहुंचाना चाहता है। I call upon the youth to neutralise these sinister forces with all energy at your command. और थोड़ी भी आपको दिक्कत आए तो एक सेकंड सोचिए एक नाम कृष्णगुरु। अंत में मैं आपको यह कहूंगा , I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your presence and participation. Bharat is a democracy most vibrant and functional. Bharat at the moment is a rising economy, like no other economy. हम दुनिया की पांचवी महाशक्ति है एक साल में जर्मनी और जापान को पीछे छोड़कर तीसरी बनेंगे यह सब youth के द्वारा है यह आपके द्वारा है आपका रोल बहुत बड़ा है। मैं आपसे तीन बातें कहता हूं उन तीन बातों पर खास ध्यान दीजिए। The three principles that will help our youth to be part of transformative mechanism in the country are किसी भी हालत में spirituality से दूर मत हटिए , spirituality ka पाठ कृष्णगुरु जी ने पढ़ाया है , उसे पाथ से भटक गए तो गलत होगा उसे पाथ के साथ आप ध्यान रखिए राष्ट्रवाद का , modernity का , टेक्नोलॉजिकल डेवलपमेंट का , बदलती हुई तस्वीर का इन तीनों का जब मिश्रण होता तो जैसा यहां कहा गया है बहुत सालों पहले वह दर्ज हमारे पास था विश्व गुरु का दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी आर्थिक ताकत का इसको कोई नहीं रोक पाएगा। मैं आपसे गुजारिश करता हूं , friends जब देश इतनी तीव्र प्रगति पर है exponential economic upsurge, and a development which is unbelievable. जिस देश में हर साल चार एयरपोर्ट हो और एक मेट्रो हो यह कल्पना नहीं की थी When Bharat, a civilisational nation, is rising as a giant तो फिर कुछ लोगों को तकलीफ होनी ही है , कुछ देश में है कुछ देश के बाहर हैं उनका जवाब कौन देगा उनका जवाब आप देंगे क्योंकि आपने वह शिक्षा प्राप्त की है वह कृष्णगुरु जी की भावना है विचार है। And we therefore always stand for our nation throughout our history हमें बहुत अच्छा मिलता रहा है कि हमारे महापुरूषों ने जब भी संकट आया हमारा हाथ पकड़ा और ऐसी संस्कृति दी चाहे Covid महामारी हो चाहे कहीं अर्थक्वेक आ गया हो चाहे कोई और संकट आ गया हो हमारे मंदिर हमारे मठ आगे आए जनता को राहत दी है कौन से देश में ऐसा होता है निस्वार्थ तरीके से only to help people और इसीलिए कहा गया है कृष्णगुरु जी ने खुद के beyond सोचिए। Think beyond yourself, think for community, think for nation और भारत एक ऐसा देश है जिसकी geography is dotted by such centers of spirituality. आपके सेंटर में यहां पर हैं एक इस जगह पर मैं वर्तमान में हूं मैं महसूस कर रहा हूं। My young friends, while you strive for your spiritual awakening, I need to remind you that there is another awakening unfolding between us and that is incremental, continual rise of Bharat. Bharat was suppressed for centuries, now it is released. एक ऐसा वातावरण भारत में प्रधानमंत्री की नीतियों से बन गया है जहां आज का नवयुग अपनी प्रतिभा को अनेक तरीके से चमका सकता है। There is an ecosystem in place where every young man can exploit his potential and talent, realise his dreams and aspirations. और जो भारत है पहले लोग कहते थे Bharat is a sleeping giant. Bharat is no longer sleeping, Bharat is rising. The rise is unprecedented, the rise is unstoppable, the rise is continual, The rise will fructify in a developed nation@2047. मैं आज से 34 साल पहले केंद्र में मंत्री था मैंने तब के हालात देखे हैं इंटरनेशनल मोनेटरी फंड हमें क्या कहता था , वर्ल्ड बैंक क्या कहता था हमारा सोना हवाई जहाज से स्विट्जरलैंड के बैंक में गया क्योंकि हमारा foreign exchange लगभग एक बिलियन यूएस डॉलर था। My young friends, this foreign balance today is over 700 billion US dollars. 700 गुना की प्रगति कभी सोचा नहीं था। पूरी दुनिया के नजर आज भारत पर है , भारत आज के दिन संस्थाओं के अनुसार is a favourite global destination of opportunity and investment. और आज के समय प्रधानमंत्री जी की दूरदर्शिता की वजह से हम क्या देख रहे हैं We are seeing a face, Purvodaya that was never imagined even by people of this land. I will give you a figure to make my point. In the last 10 years. in the last decade, the central government has spent 3.37 lakh crores in this area. These are just not numbers, there is a footprint of roads, railways, and airports, apart from connectivity. The transformation of Northeast is a testament to this spirit of inclusion. For decades, this region faced challenges relating to development and connectivity. But today, it is a top priority. Much has been done, and the work is in progress, and it is changing by the day. The vision of Look East, which took place in the mid-90s, was converted by Prime Minister Modi in a more meaningful dimension. Look East, Act East, this means that India has started looking at Southeast Asian countries because of this Look East, Act East policy, where we are reaching to the countries of Southeast Asia, Northeast has a glorified place. Northeast is becoming a place of opportunity and what is more important, my young friends, यह हमारे नवयुवकों के लिए जो ऑपच्यरुनिटीज का बास्केट है वह बढ़ता ही जा रहा है आप थोड़ा सा इस पर ध्यान केंद्रित कीजिए। You have enormous avenues to use your talent, because the government has come out with affirmative policies to nurture, to ensure Northeast blossoms. And this is not going to be just a material transformation, there is increasing recognition of distinct identity and culture of the Northeast. Recently you must have seen it was a proud moment when a great need was satisfied. The recognition of Assamese alongside Bengali, Marathi, Pali and Prakrit as one of the India's classical languages a proud milestone for Assam. Honourable Chief Minister had tweeted very distinctly on this issue his deep sense of happiness. This will further help Assam make its cultural wealth. The rich cultural wealth, the vernacular tapestry of Assam, will now reach out everywhere. My friends, you have to be front-line participants in unfolding this renaissance in Northeast. When you are nurtured with a distinct blend of spirituality and nationalism, you move from the territory of diffidence to confidence. अब तो पूरी तरह कॉन्फिडेंस का ही वातावरण है होप एंड पॉसिबिलिटी का है आप कुछ भी कर गुजर सकते हो सरकारी नीतियां सकारात्मक है दुनिया में देश की इज्जत बढ़ती जा रही है हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था में प्रगति हो रही है हमारा जो संस्थागत ढांचा है उसमें अकल्पनीय प्रगति हुई है l People of my age could not dream that India will have such kind of airports, roads, economic rise and convention centres like we have in Delhi where we had G20 as Bharat Mandapam. वह दिन चला गया है जब Northeast was in the margin. Northeast is now in the central stage, Northeast is our national story. My young friends, a new India has emerged. You should take more leadership roles, be more confident in asserting yourself nationally and internationally. Look how your own state, Assam, is changing. Be the ambassadors of Assam, tell the world the story of new Assam, new Northeast and new Bharat. Assam has produced cultural and sports ambassadors of international standing from Arjun Bhogeswar Baruah to Lovlina Borgohain. Why can't we dream to produce scientists, technocrats, economists, thinkers of international repute? My young friends, as we reflect on the themes of this conclave, I urge each of you to decide your call of action once you move out of this conclave. आप जब यहां से जाएं एक संकल्प लेकर जाएं राष्ट्रवाद के प्रति समर्पण का संकल्प , संकल्प लेकर जाएं आज के नवयुवकों के ऊपर बहुत बड़ा भर है। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने जो करना था वह आपके लिए किया है विकसित भारत का जो सपना है उसको साकार करने में उसे यज्ञ में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आहुति आपकी है। Northeast needs healing touch and that can be guided by एक नाम कृष्णगुरू। एक नाम कृष्णगुरू को दृष्टिगत रखिए Northeast में healing touch आएगा। Let us remember, my young friends, that spirituality has some inbuilt qualities like love, compassion, patience, tolerance, forgiveness and a sense of responsibility. As we promote these values, we sow the seeds for a peaceful and just world. और दुनिया में कोई देश अगर peace और harmony, happiness की सोचता है तो वह भारत है। और यही हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत है और यही सोच हो चाहिए और इस सोच को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है कि हमारे राष्ट्रवाद की नींव मजबूत हो unshakable हो जो भी कोई इसको थोड़ा काम करना चाहता हूं चोट पहुंचाना चाहता है। I call upon the youth to neutralise these sinister forces with all energy at your command. और थोड़ी भी आपको दिक्कत आए तो एक सेकंड सोचिए एक नाम कृष्णगुरु। अंत में मैं आपको यह कहूंगा , I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your presence and participation.
